Ridgestock in Chittenango is a unique annual event celebrating the people and music of Woodstock with dozens of local musicians and some national headliners too. This year’s third annual festival at The Ridge features over 50 acts in an allday outdoor setting very much like the famous farm site of the original Woodstock.
There’s more to look forward to than just music: festival-themed food, drink specials, tie-dye, and more. Music remains the highlight though, with Woodstock original performers 'Canned Heat' taking the stage with local bands like 'The Barndogs,' 'Grupo Pagan,' 'The Merry Pranksters,' and more.
This is the inaugural event for the Ridge’s full-scale amphitheater, sculpted smoothly into the curves of the land and ready to accommodate a big crowd this weekend. In fact, it takes two stages to hold this much music!
Ridgestock will take place rain or shine on Saturday, August 19th at The Ridge, 1281 Salt Spring Rd in Chittenango. Tickets are $30 in advance or four for $100 and $35 at the door. They can be purchased at ridgestock.com or in person at The Ridge. Doors open at 1pm and the music starts at 2pm.
