ACEing Autism

National Tennis Program Comes to CNY

ACEing Autism is a national program that began in 2008 but is being brought to Central New York for the first time at Drumlins Tennis Club. It is will help kids with autism not only to learn skills for tennis but also socialization skills and building confidence within themselves. Program Director & Tennis Professional Yaro Nieves along with Program Director & Parent Paige Mills tell us all we need to know.
Their mission is to connect children who fall on the autism spectrum through unique tennis programs, and to develop and advance proven methods to positively impact the children, families and communities they serve. The first clinic will be this Saturday from 3pm to 4pm at Drumlins, 800 Nottingham Road, Syracuse. It is sold out but they will be continuing the program.
