More than 20 of CNY's finest restaurants will provide "A Taste of Manlius" to help save a slice of history in the eastern suburbs.

This first-ever event will raise money to support the Manlius Historical Society.  The organization's Manlius Museum preserves the history of Manlius, Fayetteville and Minoa, and it needs work.  Supporters have a Summer Soiree planned, with music, auction items, and a fantastic array of foods.

The menu includes samplings provided by the following:
Bella Cigna;  Cafe 119;  Dazzle; Gifford's Ice Cream; Great Northern Pizza; Iron Wood; King David's; Liehs & Steigerwald; Limestone Grille; Lincklaen House; Maple Downs; Mark's Pizzeria; Mixers Grille; Mrs. Kelder's Cakes; Pasquale's; Pavones Pizza; Side Hill Organic Farms;  Stingers; The Ridge; Tops Friendly Markets; and The Ugly Duckling.

"A Taste of Manlius: A Summer Soiree" is Tuesday evening, July 22nd, from 6:30-10:00pm, at the Manlius Museum, 109 Pleasant Street, Manlius.  Tickets for the evening are $40 apiece, and available at the event.

For more information, call the Manlius Historical Society at (315) 682-6660.
