Basil Leaf's Summer Chicken Salad

Simple and Light Recipe

Chef Billy Stamboly from Basil Leaf Ristorante in North Syracuse, is in the kitchen cooking up a delicious summer chicken salad.

 

Ingredients:

2 Breaded Chicken Cutlet - Pan Fried

Spring mix

Tomatoes

Red onion

Artichoke hearts

Bocconcini mozzarella

Mandarin oranges

Craisins

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

 

Balsamic Vinegar Dressing Ingredients:

Salt

Pepper

Garlic

Balsamic

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Add all of the vegetable ingredients to the bowl

  2. Toss in Balsamic vinegar ingredients

  3. Lastly, mix in the chicken cutlets and serve.
