6 TO 8 OZ TUNA STEAK (THICKER THE BETTER)
6 CUCUMBER SLICES 1/4 INCH THICK
1/2 TBL BLACK SESAME SEEDS
1/2 TBL ROASTED SESAME SEEDS
1 TBL SESAME OIL
1 OZ CREAM CHEESE
1 OZ WASABI MAYO (1 TBL WASABI POWDER TO 1 CUP OF MAYO)
1TBL DICED SCALLION
1 TSP CHOPPED CILANTRO
ASIAN SLAW
1/2 LBS SHREDDED CARROTS
1/2 LBS SHREDDED CUCUMBER
1/2 LBS BEAN SPROUTS

MIX BLACK AND WHITE SESAME SEEDS TOGETHER AND COAT A SMALL DAB OF SESAME OIL ON TUNA STEAK, THEN COAT WITH SESAME SEEDS. HEAT A SAUTE PAN ON MEDIUM HEAT FOR 3 MINS. ADD SESAME OIL AND SEAR TUNA STEAK 1 MINUTE ON EACH SIDE, THEN PLACE TUNA IN THE FREEZER FOR TEN MINUTES.  WITH A SHARP KNIFE SLICE TUNA INTO 6 1/4 INCH SLICES. THEN LAYER CUCUMBER TUNA CREAM CHEESE THEN GARNISH WITH WASABI MAYO SCALLIONS AND FRESH CILANTRO.
