Native American Composer Brent Michael Davids brings a historical concert opera to the S.U Campus.
Native American Composer, Brent Michael Davids is bringing the concert opera "Purchase of Manhattan" to the Syracuse University campus. The Concert opera retells the story of the monumental purchase of what is now New York City. It features Davids as a Native American flute player along with a chamber orchestra, solo performances, a vocal ensemble, and American Indian singers. The concert opera will be conducted by Grammy-nominated conductor Sara Jobin.

Cost: $15 general admission, $12 for senior citizens, $5 for students, and free for Syracuse students and faculty.
