We all did it as kids on the playground-- hula hooping! But it's also a good way to workout and it's a lot of fun too. You can burn 400-600 calories per hour! Hula Fitness Instructor Cathy Roller showed us some tricks to try when hula hooping. Remember, twirl your hoop the same way you twirl your wine glass.
