Spinach Pies

Ingredients: Dough

-3 cups of flour

- 1 cup of warm water

-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

- 1 tsp yeast

- ¼ tsp of salt

- ¼ tsp of sugar

 

Spinach Pie Stuffing:

-1 bag of fresh spinach (10 oz)

- 2 white onions

- 3 tbsp lemon juice

- 1/3 cup olive oil

- salt to taste

 

Bake at 400 degrees for twenty minutes or until it is rosey on top and bottom
