Change Your Life - through health & fitness at Trillium Fitness Center!  

Barb St. Pierre and Renee Teller from Trillium stopped by to talk about getting in shape during 2014, and their "Loser" Program.  It's a 12-week health, wellness and weight loss experience that combines motivational team workouts and healthy eating strategies to help you achieve your goals.  It's for anyone who wants to lose weight, gain strength, and improve their health.

New this year, a contest that will award a free membership to The Trillium Loser Program for one season to 2 lucky individuals. These individuals must show that they are in financial hardship and cannot afford to pay for a proper health/fitness program.  Anyone can submit an application, a before picture of themselves, and an explanation of why they need The Loser Program in order to change their life. People may also submit a video, along with the application, to help tell their story and increase their chances of winning.

Rules
•You must have a single income of under $25,000 or family (w/ children) income of under $40,000.
•You must have a physical exam and doctors letter explaining you can participate in this program.
•Deadline for application is February 15, 2013.
