Truffled Seasonal Vegetables

Truffled Seasonal Vegetables
(Sautéed and tossed with penne pasta and fresh herbs)
3 oz of seasonal veg
1/2 oz of truffle oil
4 oz of penne pasta
1/2 oz of fresh herbs
Salt & pepper
1/2 oz of fresh grated cheese

In a saute pan heat up olive oil.  Next add your seasonal vegetables and let them simmer for a minute.  Next, add your penne pasta and stir in with the vegetables. After that is heated through finish with your truffle oil and fresh grated cheese.
