1 (about 7 1/2 lbs) Wegmans Brown Sugar Cured Bone-In Half Ham
3 cups Wegmans Dr W Soda, divided
1/2 cup Food You Feel Good About Dried Sweetened Cherries
2 cups plus 2 Tbsp water, divided
1/3 cup Wegmans Dark Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Wegmans Traditional Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp Wegmans Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp Wegmans Corn Starch
You'll Need: Large roasting pan

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place ham cut side down in pan. Pour 1 1/2 cups Dr W over ham; add dried cherries and 2 cups water to liquid. Bake uncovered 1 hour, 20 min, basting occasionally. While ham bakes, prepare glaze (step 2).

Prepare glaze: Pour remaining 1 1/2 cups Dr W in medium saucepan. Whisk in brown sugar, mustard, and cider vinegar. Bring to a simmer on MEDIUM. Cook, whisking often, about 30 min, until liquid is reduced to one half of original volume and glaze is thick enough to coat back of a spoon. Set aside; reserving 1/2 cup.

Transfer cooked ham to cutting board; reserving pan juices and cherries.

Increase oven temp to 450 degrees. Return ham to pan; baste with glaze. Bake ham, uncovered, 15 min.

Return reserved 1/2 cup glaze to saucepan; add pan juices and cherries. Bring to simmer on MEDIUM.

Blend cornstarch and remaining 2 Tbsp water together in small bowl. Whisk cornstarch mixture into sauce; cook 1-2 min until thickened. Transfer to serving vessel.

Transfer ham to serving platter. Serve with warm sauce.
