Wegmans Turkey Sage Meatloaf

Recipe:
1 container (7 oz)  Food You Feel Good About Cleaned & Cut Chopped Onions 
1 container (7 oz)  Food You Feel Good About Cleaned & Cut Diced Celery 
1 Tbsp  Wegmans Vegetable Oil 
1 Tbsp chopped  Food You Feel Good About Cleaned & Cut Peeled Garlic 
1/3 bunch  parsley, chopped (about 1/2 cup 
1 bunch  fresh sage, chopped (3 Tbsp) 
3 lbs  Food You Feel Good About Fresh Ground Turkey 
2  Wegmans Large Eggs 
1/4 cup  Wegmans Savory Finishing Sauce 
1 Tbsp salt 
1/4 Tbsp black pepper, or to taste 
1 1/3 cups  Wegmans Panko Breadcrumbs 
2 containers (8 oz each)  Food You Feel Good About Homestyle Gravy, warmed 


Directions:

1.) 
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Pulse onions and celery in food processor until minced. Heat oil in pan on MED heat.  Add onion-celery mixture and       garlic. Cook, stirring, 5-7 min until soft but not browned. Remove pan from heat; let veggies cool. Add parsley and sage to cooled mixture; mix to combine. 

2.) Combine ground turkey, eggs, finishing sauce, cooled veggie mixture, salt, and pepper. Add panko bread crumbs; mix to combine well.  

3.) Place mixture in baking dish; form into loaf with wet hands. Bake 60 - 65 min, until internal temp reaches 165 degrees. (Check by inserting thermometer halfway into meatloaf.) Serve with warm gravy.
