8 oz Fresh Spinach
5 oz Diced Tomato
3 oz Chopped Bacon
1 Pinch of Crushed Red Pepper
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8 oz Rigatoni Pasta
Mix spinach, diced tomato, bacon, garlic and a pinch of crushed tomato. Saute in extra virgin olive oil and serve on a bed of rigatoni.
