Dolce Vita's Chicken Penne Pasta

A Twist on a Chicken Marsala

Chef Chris Ciciarelli from Dolce Vita World Bistro is back in the kitchen to show us how to make a Chicken Penne Pasta in a Sun Dried Tomato Cream Sauce.

Ingredients

⅓ cup butter cream

2 cups chicken stock

4 cups mushrooms

3 garlic cloves

½ red onion

3 cups fresh spinach

5oz penne

1 cup marsala wine

Instructions

Sautee the mushroom, sundried tomatoes, garlic, onion, spinach and marsala wine.

Add butter, flour to thicken, 1 oz heavy cream and chicken.

 

Let mix reduce and then toss in penne.
