A Hearty BBQ Dinner

8 oz. Pork loin

Old Bay

Barbecue sauce

Raw onion

Cut the pork loin and pound it with a mallet to tenderize the meat. Season the top with Old Bay. Then grill until it is cooked to medium. Place it on a baking sheet.

Slather your favorite barbecue sauce on top of the pork. Top the pork loin with slightly cooked bacon, tomatoes, raw onions, scallions, and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste on the asparagus.
