Dolce Vita's Steak Ponzu Stir-Fry

Dolce Vita’s Chef Chris Ciciarelli is back in the kitchen this morning. He shares his recipe for Steak Ponzu Stir-Fry. Dolce Vita is located at 907 East Genesee Street in Syracuse.
 

Ingredients:

5 oz Mongolian Ribeye

1 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 oz Garlic

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 oz Lime Juice

1 oz Orange Juice

1 oz Lemon Juice

3 oz Soy Sauce

2 oz Scallion

Red Onion

White Onion

Green Pepper

Red Pepper

Baby Corn

Carrots

Broccoli
 

Instructions:

- Combine red onion, white onion, green pepper, red pepper, baby corn, carrots and broccoli.

- Saute the ribeye and veggies. Mix in olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, lime juice, orange juice, lemon juice, and soy sauce.

- Let it cook down and then serve over scallion rice.
