Central New York's Role in African-American History


In honor of Martin Luther King Day, TeNesha and Sistina talk with Jennifer Sanders about “Central New York's Hidden History,” a special she hosts tonight with Dan Cummings on NewsChannel 9. "Hidden History" uncovers historic details you might have missed, around Central New York and around the nation.

 

During the show, Jennifer will take you to an Oswego County church that was a key stop along the Underground Railroad, leading escaped slaves to freedom. We'll also update the move to make the Harriet Tubman House a national park.
