Portico was created by renowned Chef Fabio Viviani who presents old-world Italian cooking using ingredients gathered from local farms in a warm, elegant ambiance.
Chef Viviani grew up in Florence, Italy and began training in restaurants as a teenager. He rose to prominence by appearing on the fifth season of the acclaimed Bravo reality show Top Chef, where he was voted fan-favorite. He returned to the show in 2010 to appear on Top Chef: All Stars and later also starred in the spin-off Life After Top Chef.
