Ride Inside Against Cancer

Stupid Dumb Breast Cancer's Annual Cycling Fundraiser

Breast Cancer Survivor Ann Marie Otis began the blog Stupid Dumb Breast Cancer when she was dealing with her own personal struggle four years ago but now it is so much more than just a blog. Stupid Dumb Breast Cancer now is a charity that raises money for those affected by cancer and one of their annual events is Ride Inside Against Cancer, an indoor cycling fundraiser that goes to Cancer Connects.

Cancer Connects has multiple programs to help aid those dealing with cancer but the money from Ride Inside Against Cancer goes towards helping people pay their bills that are struggling with cancer. It also helps people with all cancers and not just those with breast cancer, something very important to Ann Marie. This event also helps send children to Camp Kesem which is a week long camp at Syracuse University for ages 6-18 that have parents or a loved one with cancer. They offer support and a community of people that are in the same situation.

While the event is incredible popular and some of the classes are already sold out, there is some availability. The event is this Sunday, January 9th at the Towne Center Fitness Studio in Fayetteville. You can sign up online at stupiddumbbreastcancer.com. The cost is $30 for a single rider, $25 for 2 or more people, or inquire about filling your own entire class for $20 a rider! All the money goes to a great cause.
