Wegmans joins us for their weekly recipes. Today Chef Nick Valentine highlighted one of their Power Meals, Black Pepper Salmon. While you can absolutely make this easy dish on your own, it also is available for you to pick up fully prepared at your local Wegmans grocery store.
Sliced Red Bell Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375.
Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment and season with salt.
Mix together the oyster sauce, teriyaki sauce, and a little black pepper.
Drizzle the mixture over the salmon and bake for 8-10 minutes.
In a small saucepan, heat oil oil and add the red pepper, mushrooms
Once the peppers and mushrooms are cooked down add the yu choy and scallions and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Layer the salmon over the veggies and enjoy!
