Manlius' Trunk-or-Treat

Don't Walk Too Far For Candy this Halloween

Trick or Treaters across Central New York can take on the Halloween tradition with a twist for the first time in Manlius this year.

Manlius Recreation Director Megan Randall and Co-Event Planner Tim Bennett are thrilled to bring what is known as a highly popular southern tradition to the area, they said. Trunk or Treating affords kids of all ages the opportunity to go from trunk to trunk to pick up their treats. Parents often get creative and deck out their vehicles too.

Everyone is allowed to participate in the event and you can even register your car to decorate and pass out candy to trick or treaters. After the event there will be a screening of the hit movie “Hotel Transylvania 2”.

The event takes place on Saturday October 21st from 4:00 to 6:00pm at The Village Center Parking Lot on 1 Arkie Albanese in Manlius. Participation is free and for more information visit manliusvillage.org
