Taste of Syracuse/Greek Festival

There are some great events happening around Central New York this weekend! Two of the biggest:

The Taste of Syracuse 2013, which is expecting over 200,000 hungry visitors. It's Friday and Saturday from 11am to 11pm, in and around Clinton Square. Enjoy delicious $1 samples from some of the area's best restaurants, and three stages of continuous live music. For more information, call (315) 471-9597 or visit their website.

Another big event is the 2013 St. Sophia Greek Cultural Festival. It's held at St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church on Waring Road in Syracuse. There's free admission, with free parking at Christian Brothers Academy, Jamesville-DeWitt Middle School and Tecumseh Elementary School (and a free shuttle takes you right to the festival). Hours are Friday 5 to 10pm, Saturday from Noon to 10pm, and Sunday from Noon to 4pm. For more information, visit the festival website.
