Parisa's Special Drinks

Chance Bear from the Parisa Restaurant shows us how to make a "Toasted Marshmallow Milkshake" and a "Montezuma Fat Frog Wine Slushy." The Parisa Restaurant is located on Montgomery Street in Syracuse, just north of Columbus Circle.

Milkshake

Ingredients:

1- Cup toasted marshmallow

2- Cups half and half

1.5- Cups heavy cream

1- TBS of vanilla

Nitrogen

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender. Add liquid nitrogen until frozen. Enjoy!


Wine Slushy

Ingredients:

8 oz- Montezuma Fat Frog Red

1/4- Cup of ice

Nitrogen

Directions:

Add ingredients to blender. Add nitrogen until frozen. Enjoy!
