Szechuan Stir-Fry

Dolce Vita World Bistro shared their recipe for Szechuan Stir-Fry.

INGREDIENTS
Peppers
Carrots
Scallions
Ginger
Szechuan Sauce
Bok Choy
Baby Corn
Red Onions
Udon Noodles

DIRECTIONS
In a large saute pan, coat the bottom with oil over medium heat. Place onions in pan and let them brown. Next, add all the other vegetables and saute for approximately one minute. Add the Szechuan sauce, then finish with udon noodles.  Enjoy!
