Spending just 30 minutes outdoors could lift your mood: Did you know

It may be the last thing you feel like doing in the dreary cold weather, but if the disappointing start to spring is making you moody, did you know the best thing to do is head outside?
Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- It may be the last thing you feel like doing in the dreary cold weather, but if the disappointing start to spring is making you moody, did you know the best thing to do is head outside?

Exposure to daylight affects your circadian rhythms and how well you sleep.
