Syracuse (WSYR-TV) -- This week’s fugitive was arrested six times last year and he’s starting out the new year with a new warrant for criminal mischief. He’s just 17 years old.

His name is Khalif Davis and while he may be just 17, he’s already familiar to police.

“He’s out there damaging property of store owners. He’s a problem we have here in the city right now,” said Sergeant John Savage.

Savage says Davis allegedly harassed a store owner and damaged his car last month in the 2000 block of South Salina Street.

Syracuse Police say Davis has violated his probation and was arrested six times in the past year. Two of those were felony arrests.

“Right now our information is he is running free. We've been hearing he's been up on the East Side of the city, possibly staying with his girlfriend,” said Sgt. Savage.

Davis is six-feet tall, 150 pounds and has a medium build. If you know where he is, call the Syracuse Police Warrant Squad at 442-5230.
