Police: Suspects rob 77-year-old man; demand he write $80 check

Two suspects wanted for robbery allegedly forced a man, at gunpoint, to write them a check for $80.
SYRACUSE (WSYR-TV) – Two suspects wanted for robbery allegedly forced a man, at gunpoint, to write them a check for $80.
 
According to Syracuse Police, a 77-year-old man woke up early Saturday morning to find two black males inside his apartment in the 600 block of  North Salina Street.
 
The suspects were reportedly armed with a gun and demanded money.
 
The victim told the suspects he had no money, so they forced him to write a check for cash for $80.00.
 
The suspects then fled on foot. The victim was not injured.
