Syracuse Police investigating Near West Side armed home invasion

Syracuse Police are investigating a robbery that occurred Sunday night on the city’s Near West Side.
Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – Syracuse Police are investigating a robbery that occurred Sunday night on the city’s Near West Side.

According to police, three suspects entered a home at 554 Seymour St. around 11:45 p.m. armed with revolvers and robbed a 24-year-old female and a 33-year-old male. Police say the suspects also assaulted the female during the incident and stole numerous items from the apartment.

The female victim was treated for injuries that were not life threatening.

They also stole the victim’s 2002 Cadillac Deville, which is colored blue and registered as FGB3844.

One of the distinct features of the stolen vehicle is a missing rear, driver’s side window that is covered with magazines.

The suspects were described as:

  • Suspect one: tall black male wearing black bandana over his face, red hooded sweatshirt, black puffy vest or jacket and blue jeans
  • Suspect two: black male standing approximately 5-foot-7 tall, dark eyes, round nose, small baby face, wearing a black puffy vest or jacket.
  • Suspect three: tall, black male, wearing a black puffy vest or jacket.

Anyone with information on the incident should call police at (315) 442-5222. Also, anyone who sees the vehicle should call 911.
