Why have the traffic lights changed on Almond and McBride? Your Stories

Question: Why have the traffic lights on Almond and McBride streets going north in Syracuse changed from their usual timers?
Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – Question: Why have the traffic lights on Almond and McBride streets going north in Syracuse changed from their usual timers?

Answer: Syracuse department of public works commissioner Pete O’Connor says there was a detour in place not too long ago at the Butternut Street triangle; the spot where the road intersects with Grant Boulevard.

This necessitated a change in traffic patterns, but one that didn't last very long.

You should notice the traffic lights on Almond and McBride streets going north have been restored to their regular timed patterns.
