Arm patch could bring relief to people with migraines

WSYR-TV - For those who suffer from migraines, a new patch could help bring relief.

A new report in the Journal of Neurology says rubber electrodes and a chip in a wireless arm patch produce electric impulses that block pain signals from reaching the brain when a migraine starts, you can control the intensity of the electric impulses using a smartphone app.

Researchers say— right now— the only side effect is a tingle in your upper arm.
