Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - A man walking down the street in Syracuse was suddenly attacked and knocked out, according to police.
The assault was reported on Thursday at 11:00 pm along the 800 block of Turtle Street.
The 42 year old victim told investigators three unknown men threw snowballs at him before running behind him to punch him in the head. The punch was strong enough to knock out the victim. He was taken to Upstate University Hospital, where he is expected to recovery.
The attackers were seen running away on 2nd North Street. Anyone with information about the assault can call Syracuse Police at 315-442-5222.
