Fulton (WSYR-TV) – Fulton Police have charged a woman after they say she left an open pouch containing bath salts in a container with baby formula at the Chateau West Apartment complex in Granby.

Police say Kerri-Ann Johnson, 22, of Oswego, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

They say Johnson left the open pouch of White Sands Bath Salts in a container of Enfamil Premium Infant Formula that was three fourths full.

Bath salts are an illegal drug. Law-enforcement agencies have connected the substance to several recent violent criminal incidents in Central New York.

The formula was intended for Johnson’s child, according to an entry on the Fulton Police arrest log.
