The City of Syracuse has announced the plans for a Dunkin’ Donuts to take over an abandoned gas station.
Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - The City of Syracuse has announced the plans for a Dunkin’ Donuts to take over an abandoned gas station.

Senator Charles Schumer and Syracuse Mayor Stephanie Miner announced the coffee and donut store will be built at the site of a former Sunoco station.

The abandoned station is located on East Seneca Turnpike.

The mayor's office says the Dunkin’ Donuts will be built where the gas station used to be but there is no specific plan yet for the car wash nearby.

The deal with Dunkin’ Donuts is still yet to be finalized.
