Fulton trio charged in Granby Walmart stolen-goods plot

Three women in Fulton are facing charges after Sheriff’s Investigators say one of them stole merchandise and the others tried to return the merchandise at a town of Granby Walmart store.
Oswego (WSYR-TV) – Three women in Fulton are facing charges after Sheriff’s Investigators say one of them stole merchandise and the others tried to return the merchandise at a town of Granby Walmart store.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, Nicole Avery of Seneca Street in Fulton pilfered the items from the store.

Meanwhile, Michele Dillingham, also of Seneca Street in Fulton, and Danielle Dillingham of Country Lane in Fulton tried to return the items.

Avery was charged with petit larceny, and the Dillinghams were charged with criminal possession of stolen property.

All three are scheduled to appear in Town of Granby Court on Nov. 4.
