Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – Syracuse Police are still looking for the public’s help in finding a woman reported missing one year ago.

Heather Ballard, 28, of Catherine St. was reported missing by her family on May 7, 2012 after she hadn’t been seen for several weeks.

She is 5-feet 2-inches or 5-feet 3-inches tall, with long brown hair and brown eyes, facial acne, and a tattoo on her right ankle with a heart. She also has a 4-inch in scar on her right thigh.

Ballard has four children.

Police say she was known to frequent the 500 block of Catherine St. and the 400 block of James St.

Police say there is no evidence of criminal activity in her disappearance.
