Syracuse Police search for suspects in double shooting

Syracuse Police are looking for two men linked to a double shooting on Steuben Street.
Syracuse, NY (WSYR-TV) -- Syracuse Police are looking for two men linked to a double shooting on Steuben Street.

It happened Saturday night at 9:30. Police say two men approached 20-year-old Nestor Carrasquillo and 31-year-old Vizael Roman in front of 147 Steuben Street and started shooting at them.

Carrasquillo was shot in buttocks and Roman was shot in the lower back and left arm. Both victims were taken to St. Joseph's Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The first suspect, who police believe was the shooter, is described as black male or dark skinned Hispanic, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and a black T-shirt with white lettering on it.

The second suspect, is described as a white male, 6'03", thin build, wearing a red hooded sweatshirt.
