Two firefighters arrested for breaking into Enchanted Forest water park

The two men are accused of breaking into the water park and stealing food and prizes, knocking over machines and smashing an arcade game.
OLD FORGE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - Two Rochester-area firefighters were arrested after breaking into and damaging property at Enchanted Forest Water Safari in Old Forge, according to Town of Webb Police.

Authorities told NewsChannel 9 that two Sodus Point firemen, Eric Frisbie and Jacob Williams, were arrested and charged with burglary, criminal mischief and petit larceny in connection to an incident last Saturday.

Frisbie was additionally charged with false impersonation.

The two men are accused of breaking into the water park and stealing food and prizes, knocking over machines and smashing an arcade game.

Police said the Sodus Point Fire Chief tried to help the situation by calling the men on their cell phones, but they refused to turn themselves in.

When police caught up with the suspects, they were at an area inn.

John Frisbie, Eric Frisbie's brother was also charged, after he allegedly got in the way of the arrest and police pepper sprayed him.

John Frisbie was ticketed.

Eric Frisbie and Jacob Williams were taken to Herkimer County Jail.
