$2,000 reward to find person who dumped dog from moving vehicle

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - A $2,000 reward is being offered by the Cuse Pit Crew for information that leads to an arrest of the person who dumped a caged dog out of a moving car in Syracuse's East Side.

The dog, who is older and deaf, was found around 8:30 a.m. in a cage on the 500 block of Columbus Avenue. 

The dog was underweight and covered in feces when he was found. He also as overgrown nails forcing his toes to cross when he stands. 

Investigators say it appears as though the dog was living in the cage for months.
