2017 Dining Weeks details announced

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - Central New Yorkers will have a great excuse to eat local again this year after the Downtown Committee of Syracuse announced the details of the upcoming Downtown Dining Weeks event.

2017 marks the 13th year of the event – in which local restaurants offer special menus and prices to encourage people to eat local.

Also new this year – hotels are offering overnight parking.

More than 30 restaurants are participating in Downtown Dining Weeks this year – including  few new additions.

Each restaurant features three courses for $25 or less.

The event begins in one week – on Wednesday, Feb. 15 – and it runs through March 1.
