Beverage companies look to diversify as soda sales continue to decline

Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - Soda sales are flat for the ninth year in a row and according to industry experts, they fell another 3 percent this year.

With the decline in soda sales, beverage companies have been expanding to offer more than just soda to stay competitive.

According to Beverage Digest, overall Coca-Cola sold more beverages than rival Pepsi-Co last year.
