CLAY, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - A town of Clay man has been arrested for allegedly taking pictures of a woman in a restroom for the second time since May.
26-year-old Garrett Monds was arrested on May 1 for allegedly taking pictures of a woman in an Onondaga Community College restroom while he was a student there.
On Aug. 26, Monds allegedly entered a women’s restroom in the Rite Aid Warehouse where he works and took pictures of a woman in a stall.
The victim reported the incident to management, and they contacted the Sheriff’s Office.
On Tuesday, Monds – who lives on Norstar Boulevard – was charged with second-degree unlawful surveillance.
The Sheriff's Office has confirmed that Monds has been released on an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in Town of Clay Court on Oct. 10.
