OSWEGO, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - A town of Mexico man is facing charges for allegedly sending threatening texts – including pictures of a gun – to a victim.
The Oswego County Sheriff’s Office charged 20-year-old Joshua Simko of State Route 69 with:
- 2 counts of second-degree aggravated harassment
- 2 counts of second-degree menacing
Both charges are class A misdemeanors.
Simko was arrested Monday morning and arraigned in Town of Palermo Court and taken to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $4,000 cash bail or $8,000 bond.
He is scheduled to appear in Town of Mexico court today.
