WSYR-TV - She drives from Pulaski to Liverpool four days a week to dance—it's a big commitment for a seventh grader and for her parents, but they all agree it's worth it.
Jazlin Ashby has no memory of her life before dance, which makes perfect sense when you consider that she started when she was two. She loved it right away.
Jazlin just performed for her biggest audience yet, at the Nets game at the Barclays Center. She’s a member of the U.S. dance team.
She is also the reigning princess of Northern New York and has won several dance scholarships this year.
Jazlin plans to keep working hard and hopefully turn this into a career.
