Find out when the Aldi in Fulton will open: Your Stories

FULTON, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - Back in 2003, the Nestle plant in Fulton closed after more than 100 years of operation.

An Aldi is currently being built on the longtime vacant lot.

The City of Fulton says the grocery store will open on Dec. 15.

As of right now, the project is right on schedule.

Two acres of the 22 acre-property are being used for the Aldi. The mayor says other businesses are interested in the remaining vacant space, but the city wants to see how well the grocery store does first.
