SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - Onondaga County District Attorney Bill Fitzpatrick says he will personally handle prosecuting a 30-year-old Camillus man accused of crashing into a car and killing three people last week.
Investigators say Anthony Saccone was drunk when he ran a red light, striking a car at the intersection of Onondaga Road and Onondaga Boulevard.
Michael Walker, 18, Samra Omanovic, 20, and Baylie Rose, 19, died in the crash.
Saccone is also accused of leaving the scene of the crash.
Saccone is currently free on bail – and his case has been waived to a grand jury.
