Geddes New Year's Eve burglary victims offering a reward

GEDDES, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - The victims in a New Year’s Eve break-in in the town of Geddes are offering a $500 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspect who was caught on surveillance video.

According to police, the man forced his way into a home between 10:20 p.m. and 11 p.m. on Dec. 31 and stole $1,500.

They say he walked through the home, and also returned.

During the theft, he was reportedly wearing camouflage hunting pants, a black sweatshirt or fleece, a camouflage hat, and a camouflage mask.

They believe the suspect is a white male.
