Gunshots leave one dead, 15-year old in critical condition

Syracuse (WSYR-TV) - One of two victims in a double-shooting in Syracuse has died and a 15-year old is in critical condition.

Officer were called to the 100 block of Kellogg street around 6:15 p.m. on Friday. 

The two men with critical injuries were taken to the hospital. 22-year old Juan Martinez did not survive. 

The teenager underwent emergency surgery to remove bullet fragments near his spine. He's listed in critical condition.

Police now consider the case a homicide. Anyone with information can call Syracuse Police at 442-5222.
