Harley-Davidson recalls 175,000 motorcycles over possible brake failure

WSYR-TV - Harley-Davidson has announced that they will be recalling 175,000 motorcycles over possible faulty brakes.

The recall covers all anti-lock brake-equipped CVO Touring, Touring and VSRC motorcycles made from 2008 to 2011.

Over 30 different models with ABS are affected, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.  

The NHTSA says that, since 2016, there have been 43 complaints --  including three crashes -- as a result malfunctioning brakes.
