Jury still undecided in Oneida County poisoning case

UTICA, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) - A jury in Oneida County is having a difficult time reaching a verdict in the murder trial of Kaitlyn Conley.

Conley is accused of fatally poisoning her boss two years ago.

The jury sent a note to the judge on Monday saying it can’t reach a unanimous verdict.

The judge told the jury to continue deliberating.

Prosecutors say Conley gave 60-year-old Dr. Mary Louise Yoder a deadly dose of gout medication.

If convicted, Conley could face 25 years to life in prison.
