Cicero-North Syracuse wins big at NYS marching band competition

SYRACUSE (WSYR-TV) - The Cicero-North Syracuse marching band won big at this year's annual New York State Field Band Conference championships. 

The event draws thousands of students who compete from three states. 

Bands are judged on a performance that can run from 7-10 minutes. About 10,000 people attended the competition at the Carrier Dome.
